Ingredients

Cacao Dream

  • 500 gram banana, peeled and frozen
  • 2 avocado, peeled and deseeded
  • 1 cm vanilla bean
  • 50 gram Maple Syryp
  • 50 gram Cacao

Garnish

  • 200 gram raspberries
  • pistachios, chopped
  • cinnamon, for dusting

Recipe's preparation

    Cacao dream

  1. Put all Cacao dream ingredients into the Thermomix and blend for 1min 30 secs on speed 10.

    Use spatula to assist if needed.

    Serve into chilled glasses or bowls.

    Garnish with Raspberries, Pistachios and Cinnamon and Enjoy!!

Tip

You can refreeze this, or keep in the fridge till ready to serve.

Use whatever you like as garnish - Coconut flakes, Strawberries, nuts, seeds, drizzle of maple syrup.
