Thermomix Fondue

Ingredients

  • 90 grams plain flour
  • 95 grams Butter or Margarine
  • 500 grams Milk
  • 5 tablespoons cococa
  • 6 tablespoons white sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add the flour and butter to the bowl. Cook for 2 minutes at 100ºC on speed 1.

    Next, add the milk and cook for 7 minutes at 90ºC on speed 4. In the last few minutes, add the cocoa and sugar.

    If you want to make a cheese fondue, just follow the same recipe but omit the cocoa and sugar, but add the cheese of your choice to taste.

    Once it's cooked, use forks to dip your favourite fruit pieces into this delicious dessert.
