Vanilla Almond Custard

  • 100 g raw sugar
  • 50 g cornflour
  • 500 g Almond milk
  • 2 level teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sugar and cornflour into TM bowl and pulverize for 20 seconds on speed 9. Scrape down sides of the bowl.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients, cook for 7 minutes at 90C on speed 4.

  • I cheated as I had a carton

    I cheated as I had a carton of vanilla  flavoured almond milk to use up so I just added the 50 mg of cornflour but it came out too runny And lacked flavour. No more cheating for me in future
