      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Vanilla bean yoghurt
  1. Select automated yoghurt recipe on your TM5

Add all vanilla yoghurt ingredients to the bowl and skip steps until you reach the turn dial to start. The yoghurt will take 8 hours. I set this as i am going to bed, but be aware i am an early riser (you dont want your yoghurt dinging before the sun comes up)

Once finished put in a large container and cool in the fridge, i usually leave overnight to thicken up.

  2. Take out of fridge and portion into 8-10 seperate small containers.

Top with 3-4 tablespoons of chia seeds, mix chia seeds through the yoghurt well until they are coated and spreadly evenly through. Chia seeds will continue to thicken

Top with cashews, shredded coconut and drizzle with honey

Leave in the fridge until ready to eat!!
