  • 60 g raw sugar
  • 1 zest of one orange
  • 30 g cornflour
  • 170 g white chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g Milk

Recipe's preparation

    Method

  1. Place orange zest, cornflour and sugar in bowl and mill 20 seconds on speed 9

  2. Add white chocolate and mill 10 seconds speed 6

  3. Scrape down sides of bowl

  4. Add eggs and milk and cook for 7 minutes, 90 degrees, speed 4. 

  5. Serve warm

Tip

Pic to come of this one. We made it for our local cooking class and nobody snapped a shot... Which means I will have to make it again to get a picture (how devastating haha)

    Very zesty and refreshing... Thought it was quite nice, but might put a little bit less zest in next time.
