White Chocolate, Cherry Brandy Balls

  • 65 g brandy
  • 60 g Coconut
  • 200 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 150 g glaced cherries, red and green

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add biscuits to bowl and crush. 10 seconds/speed 9.
    Remove from bowl and set aside.
  2. Place cherries into bowl and chop. 2 seconds/speed 4.
    Add coconut and biscuits to the bowl and stir.
    20-30 seconds/Counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting
    Remove from bowl once combined.
  3. Place white chocolate into bowl and grate. 10 seconds/speed 9.
    Add the condensed milk and alcohol then melt together. 2 minutes/50°C/speed 2. Adding 30 seconds until chocolate is fully melted.
  4. Add biscuits, coconut and fruit to the chocolate mixture and combine. 30 seconds/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 4
  5. Roll into balls and roll in the extra coconut.
  6. Store in fridge in an airtight container.
