Recipe's preparation

    Zabaglione
  1. Add the sugar to the TM bowl and blitz for 10 seconds on speed 10.

     

    Insert the butterfly. 

     

    Add the eggs and beat for 2 minutes, speed 4.

     

    Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 7 minutes, 80 degrees, Speed 4.
