Tip

Add a date during blending for a sweeter tasteor a 1/4tsp of vanilla essence for a delicious flavour.

Raw almond milk will store in a sealed container for 3 to 4 days, it may separate while sitting in the fridge if this happens just shake or stir and it will look normal again.

Use left over pulp for Raw Chocolate Fudge.

You can also use almond milk for a Almond Milk and Pomegranite Smoothie

  • Vanilla extract is a great

Vanilla extract is a great addition, would recommend it. I didn't have any blanched almonds so just used natural almonds with skin on. The skin in the pulp makes it hard to squeeze the milk through the cloth, but it does add a nice earthy flavour to my milk.
