I searched for an iced coffee too. Mostly came up with ones using instant coffee. Have just made this. Made 1.5 times as there are three of us. Went down very well.

So good! Had to add more milk to make two serves though. Drizzled chocolate topping around the inside of the glass for added sweetness. Mmmmmmmm

  • Very nice! Used quite strong

    Submitted by meljb on 6. June 2014 - 22:13.

Very nice! Used quite strong espresso from our coffee machine so I was expecting it to be more like straight coffee & slushy ice but was pleasantly surprised at how sweet & milky it was. Husband loves coffee drinks & he's a fan, too. We'll be making this one again.

This was really nice. Im not a coffee fan so i put in 1 1/2 tbsp of cocoa and a tbsp of milo to, which gave it nice chocolate hit.
