If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

The addition of tuna in this omelette may seem odd, but I find that adding it makes it seem like the omelette has cheese in it.

This is such a great meal to have at any time of the day. It is loaded with fat and has a moderate amount of protein and hardly any carbohydrates. If you want to add extra fat, you could drizzle it with oil before serving.

This omelette will keep you feeling satisfied for hours.

This was delicious. I used a tin of tuna in chilli oil and then omitted the olive oil. Really filling!
