Recipe's preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except bacon and mix speed 4-5 for 10 seconds. Scrap down sides and mix for another 10 seconds if needed.

    Shape mixture into patties.

    Wrap patties in a strip of bacon. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    Cook patties over medium heat in oiled Fry Pan until cooked through.

    Serve with salad

Tip

If your bacon isn't long enough to wrap patties, just cut up bacon and add to pattied
