  • I loved this meal, real

I loved this meal, real comfort food, easy to prepare with what I had in the fridge and healthy. I used semi-dried herbs. I nearly doubled the recipe to use a whole 400g tin of beans so increased the volume of everything. I didn't have quite enough tomatoes so used some passata to make up the total. I also added a dash of chilli to spice it up. Although it is easy, it does take a while if you make the polenta after the beans in the thermie. Worth the wait.
