  • 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 4 chilli, bird's eye, fresh, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp ground roasted rice
  • 1 bunches mint, leaves only
  • 2 stalks shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1 pinches salt
  • 2 tsp sugar raw

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add beef and water in the mixing bowl. Cook for 15mn/120/speed1. Add the cooked beef in a thermoserver then add all the reminding ingredients. Mix well, garnish and serve with steam rice.
