    2. Add oil - Varoma, 3 mins, Counter-clockwise operation SP1. MC off

    3. Add mince, sesame seeds, chia seeds and egg - Counter-clockwise operation 20 Sec SP1. The mixture will seem quite wet but will hold together

    4. Shape in to 6 (large) or 12 (small) rissoles and plae on a non-stick tray or plate and allow to rest in fridge uncovered for 1 hour. This will allow the chia seeds to absorb some of the extra moisture.

Thank you for this recipe. I added some chilli for a bit of bite. You could add all sorts of extras if you wanted to this recipe, feta cheese wouls be good. I used capsicum instead of carrot. I mixed all the ingredients with a spatula in the bowl. I find doing it with the blades with mince beef on speed one does not mix the ingredients at all and if you turn the it up you end up with mush. Takes 1 minute to manually mix. I cooked them in the oven and served with salad. Easy.
