Beef Radish Soup

Beef Radish Soup

  • 500 grams Beef Shank, cut in cubes
  • 1500 grams Drinking water
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 200 grams Chinese white radish, slice (1cm thickness)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chicken powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mushroom Bouillon
  • enough water to cover the beef

Recipe's preparation

  1. Blanching: Put 500 grams Beef Shank in mixing bowl. Add enough water to cover the beef. Boil 15 min / 50 C / reverse / speed spoon
  2. strain the water using simmering basket
  3. Add 1500 grams drinking water, 5 cloves garlic. Cook 90 min / 100 C / reverse / sp. spoon
  4. Add 200 grams Chinese white radish, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon white sugar, 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper, 1 teaspoon chicken powder, 1/2 teaspoon mushroom bouillon. Boil for another 30 min / 100 C / reverse / sp. spoon
