    Tasty & Interesting Idea.

I only cooked a couple and with a lot of other veges and other meatballs and ended up steaming way too long which made more chewy. Next time will watch cooking time a bit closer depending on where it is in Varoma and what else is with it.

Need to make sure toothpicks secured well, mine unrolled so lost some of the 'garlic & herb dip' (I improvised from some leftover garlic & herb cream cheese sauce).

Still all tasty and simple to make.

we really enjoyed this dish. But next time I will make the sauce first and keep it warm in the thermoserver. Then cook the meat.

By cooking the meat first it continues to cook in the thermoserver and becomes well done.
