      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Not sure what/if I did anything wrong but this was bland. I added paprika & reduced water as suggested by others but still wasn’t as tasty as I’d hoped.

Super yummy!! Have made it with both normal cream and sour cream. When done with sour cream, it’s the taste I can remember from my childhood when my mum made stroganoff. Love making this one - I leave the mushrooms out to save arguments with my kids 😝

Delish! I had to modify and use Greek yoghurt, as I had it on hand, so the sauce was a bit thick (because you add flour to the yoghurt before cooking so it doesn’t cuddle). I also used chicken, and TM vegetable stock instead.
    Nice recipe!

    Submitted by BikiniMama on 24. September 2015 - 07:40.

    Super Easy Great Weekday Meal!

I had some stir fry beef in the fridge and I was looking for something the kids would like and was a bit "different".  It was perfect!  Kids LOVED it, it practically cooked itself, and I even have some left over gravy to make another batch with.  I reduced water to 300gms and ommitted the mushrooms becuase I didn't have any. Thank you for sharing!   tmrc_emoticons.)

Absolutely delicious! Will be making this regularly now!

Put in a little bit of capsicum that was hanging around the fridge, this added a bit of extra flavour.

Didn't put in the full amount of water and let it stand for about 10 minutes after cooking to thicken the sauce.
