- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cm Ginger, peeled
- 1 red chili
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 500 g Beef, stir fry quality
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot, Juliened
- 1 Capsicum, Thinly sliced
- 4 mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
- 2 spring onions, Thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Black Bean Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 100 g water
- 1 tsp TM Vegetable or Chicken Stock

Prepare Vegetables & meat
Chop Garlic, Ginger and chilli 3 seconds/speed 7
Add Oil, Beef, Onion and cook 4 min/120`C//speed 1
Add Carrot, Capsicum, Mushrooms and cook 3 min/Varoma//speed 1
Add remaining ingredients (Black Bean sauce, Soy Sauce, Cornflour, Stock, Spring onion and water) and cook 2 min/100`C//speed 1
Pour into Thermoserver and stir through spring onion
Serve with Rice or rice noodles
Note: You can replace Chilli with 1 Tbls Chilli Sauce
Beef with Black Bean
If you are serving wth rice noodles, then place noodles into thermoserver, pour boiling water over noodles, cover and allow to sit while cooking stir fry.
