  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 --- onion, Large
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 100 g red wine
  • 400 g water
  • 20 g TM stock
  • 500 g diced beef
  • 200 g Mini pasta shells or pasta of choice
  • 150 grams Champignons or 100g fresh mushrooms, Sliced
  • 40 g tomato paste

Recipe's preparation

    Beef and Red wine
  1. Chop Garlic and onion for  10 seconds, on speed 10

    Add 20g Olive Oil and Sauté for 2 mins speed 1 at 100⁰

    Add tomatoes  - speed 7 for 6 seconds

     Add  Red wine, water, TM stock, diced beef,  mushrooms, tomato paste.

     Cook on ReverseCounter-clockwise operation speed 1 at 100⁰ for 25 -30 minutes

     

     

    Add pasta shells with about 10 min to go in cooking time

    Sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan cheese to serve.

    Very quick and easy.  I used a tin of tomatoes and skipped 3rd step.  Needed a little salt and herbs but family enjoyed it.  Thank you

    Very easy to make... I added herbs, carrot & celery but was still bland.. Was very gluggy once it had sat for about 10mins.... 

    My kids thought it was delicious tmrc_emoticons.-)
