- 3 stalks birds eye chilli
- 8 cm Fresh Tumeric
- 2 cm ginger root
- 1 stalks Lemon grass, White Part only, smashed at ends
- 20 g shallots
- 300 g Berubut, Pre-Boiled and Cut in Slice
- 2 piece Daun Kunyit, Sliced Thinly
- 1 pieces Asam Keping
- 150 grams water
- 200 gram coconut milk
- 1 teaspoons salt

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place 3 Stalks Birds Eye Chilli
- 8 cm Fresh Tumeric
- 2cm Ginger root
- 20g of Shallots
- "Blend" Speed 5 for 10 Seconds. Scrape down using spatula
- Add 1 Stalk of Lemongrass bruised at ends.
- Place 10g of Oil.
- Placed 300grams of Berubut. Cook 10mins/ "Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting"
- Put in the Asam Keping and Pour in 150g of water.
- Add in 1 Teaspoon Salt.
Add 200grams of Coconut Milk.
Cook for 8mins/ "Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting"
