    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add sliced onion and butter to thermomix 6min/varooma/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1
  2. Add beef and taco seasoning 20min/100º/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1 with simmering basket instead of measuring cup on mixing bowl
  3. Add water, tomato paste and dijon mustard 30min/90º/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1 with simmering basket instead of mesauring cup on mixing bowl
  4. Add capsicum 10min/90º/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1 with simmering basket instead of mesauring cup on mixing bowl

If you would like mixture shredded don't use reverse in step 3.

    This was a nice recipe.
    We chopped the onions in the thermie before step 1. Also I cooked the mince seperately, then added in with the capsicum step.
