If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

- Add sliced onion and butter to thermomix 6min/varooma/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
- Add beef and taco seasoning 20min/100º/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1 with simmering basket instead of measuring cup on mixing bowl
- Add water, tomato paste and dijon mustard 30min/90º/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1 with simmering basket instead of mesauring cup on mixing bowl
- Add capsicum 10min/90º/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1 with simmering basket instead of mesauring cup on mixing bowl

If you would like mixture shredded don't use reverse in step 3.

This was a nice recipe.
We chopped the onions in the thermie before step 1. Also I cooked the mince seperately, then added in with the capsicum step.
