The whole family loved this. I cooked as per instructions, served with steamed broccoli over basmati rice. Will definitely add this to our dinner rotation. Easy and quick too!!

  • This was awesome, I didn't

    Submitted by thermosimsa on 4. January 2016 - 18:27.

This was awesome, I didn't have light soy so I just used half the normal soy, served it with fried rice for 1 or 2 on recipe community and tipped the adobo sauce over the whole lot. The family loved it!

  • Easy but very strong

    Submitted by jackz on 17. December 2015 - 19:17.

Easy but very strong flavours.  Hubby thought the meal was very tasty but I found it a bit strong for my taste.  I served with steamed broccoli and carrots and rice (which I'd cooked for 16 mins - Varoma - speed 4).

Best to leave it whole as a thigh fillet or if diced then need to lessen the cooking time.  Make sure to use Reverse function.

With the chicken, do you add it whole or need to cube it first? Also what would you normally serve this with?
