  • 1500 g water
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • Basil Pesto, to taste

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place chicken onto Varoma tray and 1500g water into bowl Varoma / sp 2 / 10 mins

    Add 320g Pasta into bowl with water, and brocolli florets into bottom of Varoma. Varoma / Counter-clockwise operation sp 1 / 13 mins

    Check chicken is cooked, add 5mins if chicken needs longer.

    Add all ingredients to Thermoserver and stir through Basil Pesto.



    Serve Warm or Enjoy Cold.

    Storse well in fridge for weekday lunches.
