Casserole

  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 300 g tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 500 g chicken breast, Cut into 2 cm chunks
  • 2 bay leaves, dried
  • 1 tsp sage leaves, dried
  • 2 tsp thyme leaves, dried
  • 20 g tomato paste
  • 1 tsp TM veg stock paste, with 125g water OR 125g liquid vegetable stock
  • 1/4 --- cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 1 stalk broccoli, cut into florets

Recipe's preparation

  1. To TMX bowl add garlic and tomatoes, purée 5 sec/sp 7.

  2. Insert butterfly.

  3. Add to tomatoes and garlic the chicken, carrots, potatoes, herbs, stock, tomato paste. Cook Varoma/15 min/Counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting.

  4. Place Varoma on top and add to it the cauliflower and broccoli to steam.

  5. Add the steamed cauliflower and broccoli to the bowl and cook Varoma/5 min/Counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting.

  6. Serve.

    Really enjoyed the flavour of this casserole although I had to thicken with cornflour at the end. Substituted zucchini and beans for veges. Thanks for sharing.
