If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
This sauce can be used as a marinade for chicken or basted on chicken for the BBQ!
For a darker spicier sauce add extra chilli flakes or substitute for a whole fresh chilli and add more dark soy

Yum! I have TM31 so I cooked the chicken on Varoma for 6:30 minutes for the first step but the rest of it worked and it turned out great. Will be having this again!
