Curry Recipe

  • 1 portion Indian Curry Base, (see my other recipes)
  • 700 grams chicken thigh, chopped into 3 cm pieces
  • 40 grams olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, peeled
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • 400 grams coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • fresh coriander to garnish

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add onion and capsicum to bowl. Blitz 3 seconds, Speed 5. Scrape down bowl. Add oil. Varoma/3 minutes/Speed 1.


     


    2. Add curry base, chicken, coconut milk, ground coriander. Cook 25 minutes/counter-clockwise operation/100C/ Speed 1 with MC removed and steamer basket on top. 


     


    3. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve.
