Ingredients

Chicken meatballs

  • 500 grams chicken breast, Each breast chopped into 4 pieces
  • 60 grams brown onion, Or 1/2 an onion
  • Handful fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 slices day old bread
  • 1 egg

Tomato sauce

  • 1 can Thick and rich tomatos with basil and garlic, Ardmora brand.
  • 200 grams cheese

Recipe's preparation

  1. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

  2. Cut cheese into smaller chunks and place in  Closed lid"Closed lid"  chop 10 secs speed 7

    Set aside

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  3. Meatballs
  4. Without cleaning bowl Add onion garlic and parsley to Closed lid"Closed lid" and chop 5 sec speed 7

     

  5. Add chicken egg  bread and half of the reserved cheese to Closed lid"Closed lid" mix at speed 7 for 10 seconds or until well combined 

  6. Roll into balls and place into baking dish

  7. Pour over tomatoes

  8. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese

  9. Place in oven and cook for 25 mins or until meatballs are cooked through
