Loved how easy this is to make and it tastes good too. Like suggested, used butterfly and had no problems with shredding. Used oyster sauce and soy sauce and seasonings. Also substituted thinly sliced celery for capsicum as hubby cant eat it. Will make this one again. Thanks

Easy, fast meal. I used tofu instead of chicken for a vegetarian variant. Worked great. Also used wok ready noodles at end of cooking time straight into jug, little by little through the hole, while still on reverse stir. Less cleaning up!😊

This is the first thing I have cooked in my thermomix as it looked easy, which it is. It didnt cook very well and is not very hot. I wonder whether its because I added broccoli and cauli, as we don't like capsicum and zuchini. I cooked it for nearly double the time however the chicken came out shredded and there was no sauce to be found. I dont understand how 6 tablespoons of liquid can make a sauce. A disapointing first effort. I will try it again when I understand how the thermomx works.

This was so quick and easy! I used ABC sweet soy, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Used up the veg in the fridge. Cut up chicken breast in 3cm cubes and used the butterfly whisk when cooking - chicken was perfect not shredded at all.

Submitted by Cheryl Westbury on 25. March 2017 - 07:25.

Made this last night. Amazing! Due to allergies, I omitted the cashews and added extra veg. I used mushrooms, cabbage and bok choy. I used Teriyaki, Kechap Manis and Tamari in lieu of honey and brown rice pad Thai noodles. Oh, and added a knob of fresh ginger with garlic oil rather than the garlic. So yum! Kids came back for more! Won't let me add stars, so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed the flavour of this stir fry.  I did use more veggies than suggested.  Next time I will add the veggies to the mixing bowl before the meat as I used beef and some of it did become a little shredded.

This is a winner for sure. I added some soy & oyster sauce instead of the teriyaki sauce.

I like it that much I made it the next night, but used beef strips & 2tbsp of sweet chilli sauce extra. So good!!

    Submitted by wendyroo on 5. May 2014 - 12:21.

This was surprisingly nice. I found it a bit sweet so added more teriyaki sauce and a few drops of sesame oil to take away the sweetness. I do prefer conventional method better but this one, theres no stirring involved. I added the onion with the garlic and sauted for a few minutes, then continued with the recipe as is. Will be using this recipe often and probably use other flavours of sauces. This one is easy!!! yum yum. Thankyou for sharing this recipe it just goes to show you can cook or make just about anything in thermomix, I am very happy.

Thanks for posting this recipe.  I was a bit sceptical at first, putting in the raw chicken and vegies at the same time - but wow and yum! Delicious and so so easy - this will definitely be a favourite stand by now for times when I get home late and need dinner fast.  My kids rate it an 8 out of 10.  A couple of us added a little soy sauce to our bowls.
