I really enjoyed this & so did the family. I added peas to rice for extra colour & used Skinny Mixers spice blend & it was awesome.

  • It was an easy recipe but

It was an easy recipe but really didn't work well in the thermomix with the speed and directions. I added only 130g of water and it turned into a soupy consistency.

  • Can anyone advise if I could

    Submitted by born2shop on 23. February 2016 - 17:16.

Can anyone advise if I could double the recipe and make once? I have the TM5. I need to make enough to feed 50 so would prefer to make 5 batches rather than 10. Thanks in advance

That's great to hear feeby, my kids love this too. An easy one when you don't have much time. I might have to try the taco mix, pretty sure their all the same tmrc_emoticons.)

Cooking now and smells great, instead of chilli mix I added burrito and taco mix. Tastes good. Kids are hanging around and can't wait.
