- 500 grams chicken breast, Cubed 2cm
- 1 Brown Onion - Large, Thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 30 grams olive oil
- 3 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
- 60 grams oyster sauce
- 30 grams soy sauce
- 20 grams raw sugar
- 100 grams Roasted Cashews
- 1/2 package beansprouts
- 1/2 red capsicum, sliced
Place garlic into TM bowl and chop 3 sec/ Speed 7
Add oil and saute 100 deg/ 2 mins/ Speed 2
Add chicken and cook Varoma/ / 3 min/
Add chilli sauce and cook Varoma/ / 4 min/
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, raw sugar, capsicum, sprouts and onion cook Varoma//6 min/
Serve with rice and garnish with roasted cashews
Accessories you need
I always taste at the end and sometimes add more chilli sauce and oyster sauce for a stronger taste ( depending on brands of sauces) then will repeat Varoma//1 min/
