Made tonight with a few tweaks - marinaded chicken used 1kg) in egg & cornflour mix to tenderise the chicken. Also made a batch of Chinese stir fry veg from the chip & kept warm in thermoserve. Also added a dash of BBQ sauce & extra water to give a nice thick sauce. Big hit with the family & leftovers for lunchestmrc_emoticons.) thanks for sharing!
