Creamy Mustard Chicken

  • 1 fillet chicken breast
  • 1 tsp All Purpose Spice Mix
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 200 g evaporated milk
  • 35 g honey
  • 20 g wholegrain mustard
  • 20 g Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Chicken stock concentrate
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour mixed with 2tbsp water

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Slice Chicken Breast horizontally, and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides with All Purpose Spice Mix. Place in Air Fyer and cook for 15 minutes on 180°. Let cool slightly then cut into bite size pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients into bowl (except cornflour mix). Cook for 5 min/100°C/Gentle stir setting/Closed lid
  3. Add cornflour mix and cook for 10 min/90°C/Gentle stir setting/Closed lid

You can preheat your Air Fryer for 3mins 180°C then lightly spray basket with oil, before placing chicken fillet inside.
Service with steamed veg & rice.
