Very tasty, will add to my collection. I Lightly pan fried sausages first instead of steaming in varoma to add bit more flavour. I Used a couple of small leeks as I didn't have any onion and added cut beans in just before I added sausages. I also added 100g coconut cream with 200g water and used 3 TB curry powder but will only add 2 next time and 1 heaped TB cornflour Smells so yummy while cooking and was nice and thick. Served with mashed potatoes which I cooked in pot while I was making curry to save time. Smile

Very nice! I added a little ( 100ml) coconut milk with 200ml water, some cornflour to thicken at the end, and mixed in some sour cream. Kids gave it a 10/10. 👌🏻 Thanks for the recipe!

Lovely sausage curry for the family. We didn't find it too runny. Not the curried sausages we're used to, but yummy anyway.

This was nice. I added corn flour at the last step to thicken the sauce. It made at least 8 adult servings so heaps left over to freeze.

Thanks for your comment Pipj85.  To thicken the sauce you could leave the MC off and put the steaming basket ontop, we quite like the sauce as the rice soaks it up. And yes you could cook the beans or any veggies you prefer whilst cooking the rice and sausages in Step 1 and keep them warmer in the Thermomserver with your rice.

    Hi,

Smells delicious, but looks awfully runny.. suggestions on how to thicken? Also, would you do the steamed beans in the varoma while you do the sausages, im now doing them late trying to add them.

    Cheers tmrc_emoticons.)
