- 2 tablespoons curry powder, (I use AYAM)
- 1 small onion
- 1 cloves garlic
- Handful parsley
- 3 tablespoons Mango Chutney
- Salt & Pepper, to taste

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add onion, garlic & parsley to TM bowl 4secs/speed 7 scrape down sides of bowl
- Add curry powder, salt, pepper & 1 tablespoon of chutney & Turkey Mince turbo 1 sec. Scrape down sides and repeat until mixture is well combined.
- Divide the mixture equally into patties. Preheat oven to 180 and cook for 15-18mins or until the burgers are golden brown and cooked through (You can also cook on BBQ or on stove top)
- Serve the burgers with your favourite toppings and the reserved chutney.
