What a great recipe. Quick, super easy, and with simple ingredients I always have at hand. I used chicken thigh fillet and it worked fine. I used a whole onion, only 1 garlic clove, added a small can of coconut cream, and only added 2 tbsp of curry powder to make it more kid friendly. Delicious and will be on regular rotation in this household.  tmrc_emoticons.)

Lovely and easy. I too used chicken thigh and cooked Counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting.

I added a whol can of coconut cream when adding a whole can of tomatoes. I also added 3x diced potatoes.

Steamed broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, peas and corn in the varoma and stirred through in the end.

I used store bought curry powder (not keens) and used just 2 tablespoons as the kids dont like things hot.

Yum! Will make again, thanks for sharing!
