Smile my very fussy (food anxiety) 10yr old loved this. I added extra veg and some salt and pepper for seasoning. I think next time I might use crushed tomatoes instead of soup as I found it a bit sweet, however overall a total success. Just need to cook it a little before adding the cheese as the base was under cooked but the cheese was over brown. Thanks for an easy and kid friendly recipe!

  • This was a very rustic dish

This was a very rustic dish the entire family enjoyed. I did miss the white sauce stuff that goes hand in hand with lasagne but was still a good version. I used a jar of dolmio as a didn't have any canned tomatoes on hand. Very quick and easy.

Very quick and easy however it loses some of that authentic lasagne taste. However the kids loved it and it was so easy so will make again especially on those 'I don't feel like cooking' nights tmrc_emoticons.;)
