  • 2 teaspoons greggs red curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 4 Kaffir lime leaves

Recipe's preparation

  1. add chillies and chop for 4 seconds at speed 7
  2. add halved onion and chop for 2 seconds at speed 5
  3. add oil and curry paste and saute for 2 mins at 120 at Gentle stir setting
  4. add diced chicken and cook for 5 mins at 100 Counter-clockwise operation speed Gentle stir setting
  5. add coconut milk, fish sauce, lime leaves for 10mins at 100Counter-clockwise operationspeedGentle stir setting
  6. add tomato wedges, chopped spinach and season with sugar and cook for 2mins at 100 Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting
