  • 80 g Tikka paste, Quirky Cooking
  • 400 g coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp stock paste, chicken or vegetable, Basic Cookbook
  • 500 g Mixed vegies, Pumpkin Carrot etc.

  • 1 clove garlic

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Curry
  1. Place Coconut Cream & Tikka paste into Thermoserver and mix paste through, Add Chicken and let marinate on bench for 1 hour or more.

    Add Onion and Garlic to TM bowl and chop on speed 7, 3 seconds, scrape down sides, add oil and saute  1 minute, 100 degrees, speed 1. Add marinated chicken, veggie stock & vegetables.  Cook  20 minutes, 100 degrees, reverse speed 1.

    Serve with cooked rice or Cauliflour Rice.
