Ingredients

Rice

  • 450 grams white rice, EDC

Curry

  • 800 grams chicken breast, Cubed
  • 400 grams diced tomatoes
  • 150 grams cream
  • 50 grams olive oil
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • 3 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 Medium potatoes, Cubed
  • 4 heaped tablespoons curry powder, Edc or bought
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 grams frozen peas

Recipe's preparation

    White Rice
  1. 1. 450g white rice,place in basket and wash until water runs clear

    2. 900g of water into mixing bowl then insert tm basket with rice

    3. cook 20 minutes on veroma speed 2

    4. When cooked place in thermo server and place aside

  3. 1. place  garlic & ginger into mixing bowl and chop 5 seconds speed 6

    2. Add olive oil and saute 100 deg 2 minute Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

    3. Add cubed chicken and cook 100 deg 4 minutes Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

    4. Add curry powder cook 2 m inutes Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

    5. Add tomatoes potatoes salt peas cream and cook for 30 minutes Counter-clockwise operation speed 1

    6. Enjoy !!!!!!!

    A simple curry because it only requires a curry powder rather than half a dozen seperate spices. My chicken ended up shredded, also I found that all of the ingredients would not fit into the TM35, so use small potatoes and onions and maybe less chicken. Otherwise good.

    Made it a few times, adding potatoes the first time which made it very thick, never added potatoes since and more watery, although it tastes just a good with or without them, just a preference on how you like the curry to be tmrc_emoticons.;)
