GF & FODMAP friendly Hamburgers

Ingredients

GF & FF Hamburgers

  • 500 g Minced beef, I use grass fed beef
  • 3 pieces GF Bread, A little frozen
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Veggi Stock (EDC)
  • 1 heaped tablespoon dried herbs of choice

Recipe's preparation

    GF & FF Hamburgers
  1. Break bread slices in half and place into TM bowl along with the carrot. Mill for 10 seconds on Speed 8.

     

  2. Scrape down bowl and ensure carrot is finely chopped. Chop again if necessary.

     

  3. Add meat, Dijon mustard, paprika, veggie stock, herbs and egg. Mix for 20 seconds Counter-clockwise operation on speed 3

     

  4. Shape into hamburger patties or whatever shape you like and     either grill or oven bake to your liking.

Tip

* Make sure you use the Maille Dijon (it has no garlic in it)

* I use Grass fed beef

    Thank-you for making these I can now make nice hamburgers again. My family was very happy, even with chia seeds instead of egg.
