- 1 brown onion, halved
- 500 grams Beef mince
- 80 grams rolled oats
- 2 oxo cubes
- 1 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoons Dried parsley
- 20 grams Bbq sauce
- 20 grams tomato sauce
- 10 grams Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add brown onion to bowl and chop 5 secs/sp 5
2. Add all other ingredients
3. Mix using 2 min dough mode
4. Form in to hamburger patties - size to suit bread rolls
5. Cook in frypan until cooked through, turning once
6. Make hamburgers and serve.
