If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

Place vegetables in varoma dish and steam whilst cooking the meat. If vegetables aren't cooked  extend cooking time of meat until all vegetables are cooked to liking or zap for a few minutes in microwave if you can't wait!

Use whatever herb you have available in your garden. It doesn't matter what they are, just make sure it's a large bunch!

To finish off try my Passonfruit Rockmelon Yoghurt Icecream for dessert! All flavours compliment each other.

Happy dinning!

Oops I put my response to your comment in wrong place. I'll try again In the right place.

I'm glad you had a try of my recipe and that the flavour was good. I agree the time for cooking vegies is short but I did suggest one needs to extend meat cooking time. I couldn't wait so I just zapped mine in microwave.

    Thanks for  your comment.

As stated, extend cooking time for meat to steam vegies. I couldn't wait so I zapped mine in microwave!!
