Honey Soy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

Honey soy marinate

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 50 grams GF Soy sauce
  • 2 heaped tablespoons honey
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Rapadura Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Seasame oil

The rest

  • 4 chicken thighs cubed, Fat removed
  • 300 grams mixed veggies, chopped
  • 1/2 package hokkein noodles
  • 30 grams Bone broth fat or olive oil
  • 3 heaped tablespoons Bone broth - optional

Recipe's preparation

    Method:
  1. * add garlic to mixing bowl - 3 seconds speed 7

    * add remaining marinate ingredients and mix 30 seconds speed 4

    * add chicken thighs to bowl and mix 30 seconds, reverse speed 2

    * transfer to overed dish & let marinate for 30 minutes to an hour

    * once done marinating add broth fat or oil to pan & brown the chicken thighs for a good few minutes. Add some liquid broth if using (adds so much flavor and is soo good for you!)

    *add veggies (I used broccoli, red & green cabbage, carrot, squash & zucchini) and let simmer until cooked

    *meanwhile bring a saucepan to the boil & cook your noodles

    *add everything together & let it simmer for a few minutes - serve!
