Recipe's preparation
Place onion and garlic and chop 3 sec speed 7.
Add ground cumin, dried majoran and olive oil and saute 3min/120deg/1.
Add cubed meat and cook 5min/120deg/Reverse/speed1.
Add tomato paste, dijon mustard, sweet paprika, chilli powder, bayleaf, allspice, water and vegetable stock and cook for 30-40min/100deg/ Reverse/ speed 1.
Add capsicum strips and salt and pepper to taste and cook 5-10min/100deg/Reverse/speed1.
