      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

The salt needed for this recipe can differ depending on what stock and curry paste you use, its best to add at the end to avoid it being too salty.

I use whatever curry paste I have to hand, shop brought or homemade.

You can easily half this recipe ensuring you half all ingredients, there is no need to adjust cooking times.

Love this recipe, but for some reason when I make it there is no way it will fit in the thermoserver - I have to use a huge bowl to serve it in!

Worked brilliantly for me. Next time I try to remember to get the spinach. Wanted to add peas instead but none left in the freezer. tmrc_emoticons.;)
