Omg, to die for. So simple, will definitely be putting this on my regular menu. Had no honey so used golden syrup. Had no lovely legs so cut some thigh fillets in chunky strips & reduced cooking time to 15 minutes.

Great dinner. Only added 70-80 Hm lemon juice and it toned the lemon flavour down. Steamed zucchini, carrot capsicum in steamer whilst cooking chicken wings and it all was cooked perfectly. Have not tried with legs yet. Great chicken dish!

I've made it with thighs & it comes out too salty. If I do it again I would half everything except the amount of chicken I put it. I'd say use 1/2kg and cut them into bigger pieces. Hope that help

Hi. I'm a new thermie!
Trying this dish for the first time. When you add the oil to the garlic and ginger at varoma for 2 mins, what speed/setting is that at? I plumped for reverse/soft speed as thats what you do the chicken at. Am I right?!
Thanks
Emma
