- 100 g ham or Bacon, roughly chopped
- 100 g chorizo, cut into 1cm rounds
- 120 g brown onion, halved
- 60 g Evoo
- 400 g tin tomato or Passatta
- 425 g water
- 250 g pasta of choice
- 125 g Parmesan cheese, into cubes
- salt/oregano to taste

Recipe's preparation
Place Parmesan cheese into bowl and grate 10sec/speed 10. Set aside
Don't wash the bowl and place ham into bowl and press turbo 5-6 times. Set aside.
Put chorizo in the bowl and turbo 4 times. Set aside with ham
Place onion into bowl and chop 4sec/speed 4.
Insert the butterfly, add oil and sauté 7min/varoma/speed 1.
Add tin tomatoes, salt, and oregano to taste and cook 10min/varoma/speed 1
Add chorizo and ham and cook 3min/varoma/speed 1.
Add water and cook for 7min/varoma/speed 1. Add pasta of choice and cook for pasta cooking time/varoma/reverse 1.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese
