  • 500 grams Beef mince
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove small
  • 1 egg
  • 40 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Recipe's preparation

    Meatballs
  1. Place onion and garlic in mixing bowl and chop 10 seconds / speed 5

    Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula

  2. Add remaining ingredients (minus the oil) to bowl / Counter-clockwise operation 10 seconds / speed 4

  3. Roll mixture into 24 balls with your hands

  4. Heat oil in a large pan and cook meatballs in batches

    I made this recipe last night and the flavour was really nice. I used beef instead of pork. I think next time I will try halving the amount of water as the sauce was very watery - I like it to be a bit thicker. run 3 https://run2.online/run-3 play online
