Place onion and garlic in mixing bowl and chop 10 seconds / speed 5
Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula
Add remaining ingredients (minus the oil) to bowl / "Counter-clockwise operation" 10 seconds / speed 4
Roll mixture into 24 balls with your hands
Heat oil in a large pan and cook meatballs in batches
