Recipe's preparation
- Add garlic, mint leaves and shallots to TM bowl. Chop 5 sec, speed 4.
Scrape down sides and mix further 5 secs, speed 4. - Add remaining ingredients. Mix 10 secs, speed 7. Scrape down sides and mix further 5 secs, speed 7.
- *Shape mixture into patties and flatten.
*Recipes makes approx 8 burgers.
*Cook in frying pan over medium heat until cooked.
*Serving suggestion... white bun, toasted, with cream cheese spread, fried shallots, BBQ sauce and mayonnaise.

Tip
Flatten burger patties out well before cooking, as the burgers shrink when cooked.
