Miyeokguk Soup

  • 15 grams Dried Miyeok, soak into water for 30 menit
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1800 grams Drinking water
  • 15 grams soaked Dried Miyeok
  • 500 grams Import Brisket Beef MB5+
  • 25 grams Anchovy Sauce, (Brand: Chung Jung One)
  • 1 tsp Mushroom Bouillon, (flavour enhancer)
  • 1 tsp Korean Soy Sauce, (Brand: Daesang Chung Jung One)
  • 2 tsp Korean Sesame Oil, (Brand: Ottogi)
  • Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place bowl on top of mixing bowl lead, then measure:
    15 grams Dried Miyeok, soak into water
  2. Place 4 cloves Garlic into the mixing bowl. Then blend 5 sec / sp. 5
  3. set the minced garlic aside in another bowl
  4. Pour 1800 grams Drinking Water. Kettle mode 100˚C
  5. Rinse the soaked Dried Miyeok and put them into the mixing bowl. Cook 10 min / 100˚C/reverse/sp.spoon
  6. Add in 500 grams Imported Beef Brisket MB5+. Cook 60 min / 100˚C/reverse/sp.spoon
  7. If the beef is still not tender enough, cook it again 20 min / 100˚C/reverse/sp.spoon
  8. Add in minced garlic, 25 grams Anchovy sauce, 1tsp Mushroom Bouillon, 1 tsp Salt, 1tsp Korean Soy Sauce. Cook 10 min / 100˚C / reverse / sp.spoon
  9. Pour 2tsp Minyak Wijen Korea(Ottogi), then serve while it's hot
