For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Add oil, onion and garlic 5 sec / speed 7
Saute onion 3min/varoma/speed 1
Add banana or apple 5 sec/speed 5
Add milk, butter, flour, salt and curry powder
Place cover over blades
Add diced chicken and carrot 10min/varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1
Add remaining vegetables 10min/varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1
Serve with rice

Tip
If using bbq chicken, reduce time to 12min and add last 2 minutes to warm through.
